At the trademark screen, press Square, X, Circle, Triangle, R1, R1, R2. R2, R1,
R1. You should hear Shao Kahn say, "You will never win." Press Up when the
screen with the spinning MK3 logo on the cube that says: "Kombat" is on-screen.
A question mark appears. Use this option for a plethora of cheats, including
playing as Smoke and unlimited credits.
Options Screen:
When a "story" screen appears, press X, L1, L2. Press Start to go to the Kombat
Kube screen, then press Up to reveal a question mark. Select this for some
special options.
Play as Smoke:
To play as Smoke, enter the code "010-696" on the Kombat Kode screen.
Ultimate Kombat Screen:
To get to the Ultimate Kombat Kode screen easily, rotate the controller
counterclockwise twice during Story Mode.
Unlimited Continues:
During story mode press Up, Up, Right, Right, Left, Left, Down, Down.
Cheat Menu:
Wait until one of the "story" screens appears. Now hit X, L1, L2. If you hear a
reversed cymbal-whissshht sound then the cheat worked. Press START to go to the
Kombat Kube screen. Now press UP and the Kube will roll over to reveal a
Kuestion mark. Enter the cheat menu for all sorts of Krazy options. Kool!

These are codes you put in the make secret characters playable. But if you get it wrong Shao Kahn

of you in many ways. To get the UKK screen up keep circling the control pad when the game is in

At the copyright screen, press the D-pad in a 360 degree clockwise circle (Down, Left, Up, Right).
Then, a prompt for an Ultimate Kombat Kode will appear. Now the icons on the bottom of the VS screen
can be changed by pressing the HP, HK, and LK buttons in that order. Pressing Up and a button
changes the icons in reverse order. Player one selects the first three codes and Player two controls
the last three. When icons are placed in a certain combination, a Kombat Kode is revealed.
