Diesel and Razor Ramon:
At the charetcter select screen press up,down,r1,r2,l1,l2 and left all in 15
seconds....then diesel and razor will come on the screen Note: This is reported as not working.

Pause the game and press Left(2), Up, Down, R2. Enter the code again to return to normal.
