Up until clvl 25, you get 100% of experience for monsters 5 monster
levels (mlvls) above and below your character level (clvl).
For up to 10 levels, you get:
With anything beyond that the % will always stay at 5%.
So if you're a level 20 Sorceress, and you just killed Mephisto (mlvl 26),
that's a difference of 6 levels, so you'll only get 88% of the full
experience for killing him. After lvl 25 the experience gain roughly
is determined by this formula: XP = MonsterXP * ( clvl / mlvl )
