Activate Sub-Bosses -- Finish the game with a regular character, and that character's sub-boss will be playable.

Activate Kazuya -- After all of the sub-bosses are available, finish the game with one of them.



Kazuya's purple suit -- Select Kazuya by pressing the Start when all characters are available.



Activate Devil and Angel -- Finish the game with Kazuya. Select Angel by moving over Devil and pressing a kick button.



Activate Roger and Alex -- On Stage 3, win the final round with less than 5% health. The voice will say 'great' and your next opponent will be Roger. Beat him and they will be selectable. Select Alex by moving over Roger and pressing a kick button.



Big Head Mode -- After all of the sub-bosses are available, hold select before you choose your character, and keep holding it until the match begins.



Bigger Head Mode -- As above, but after activating Big Head Mode.



Wire Frame Mode -- After all of the characters (including Devil and Roger) are available, hold L1 and L2 on the main menu, choose play mode and then character. Continue holding L1 and L2 until match begins. This will not work in VS mode or Team Battle with two players.



Sky Mode -- Hold Up and Select before choosing your character, and keep holding until the match begins. You should hear a punch sound effect when the screen comes up. This will also activate Big Head Mode, I'm not sure if there is a way to do it by itself.



Choose Pose -- During the replay, hold any attack button for the following poses:

RP -- Pose 1 (All characters)

LP -- Pose 2 (All except P. Jack)

RK -- Pose 3 (Yoshimitsu, Law, Paul, Jack-2, Michelle, Lee)

LK -- Pose 4 (Law, Paul, Jack-2, Michelle)

Note that if the character does not have a 3rd or 4th pose, RK will be #1 and LK will be #2. P. Jack has only one pose, so all buttons will be the same.
