=>Stage Select: On the title screen, after Higgins gets bonked by the
coconut, press R L R L A B A B.
=>Continue: In the first cave on the first island, walk just past the
fifth skull and jump up and down to find the elevator to the secret
room holding the Hudson Bee. When you die and return to the title
screen, hold L and press START to continue with all of your collected
items.
