In order to make a juice, you need to get a "meat" or just buy it
55z at Butcher. Go to the PVP house in the Prontera City. Then go to the
second floor of the PVP room and talk to the child NPC first. Show him the
meat but don't give it! Then talk to the woman NPC and she will tell you
about the juice. Then go to the Payon PVP house and talk to the NPC at
the desk. Then choose what juice you want to make.
