Allright, where to begin.... i Dont know Kanji and im just getting the
hang of katakana, but i know enough to get through the menu's and
options and hopefully i can answer some of your questions on how to
navigate the screens as well as a few other things. Also, this is very
preliminary, MANY THINGS ARE MISSING, but this will at leat get you
started. I havnt touched season play yet so i cant help out there at
this moment. I will make updates and any contributions/corrections are
greatly appreciated. Credit will be given where credit is due.

Title Screen(After the intro, after youve pressed any button)
*In Descending Order*
-Exhibition
-World Class(Cup?)
-U23 World Tournament
-?(Ri-Ku, records maybe?)
-Training

Pressing Triangle at this main menu screen will light up the row of
icons at the bottom. Ones of importance so far ar load(the last one on
the right, its a little disk) and Options(its 3 branching arrows)

Options Screen(Branching Arrows Icon)
The Options Screen has 3 sub screens to it.(left an right at the top to
change screens) if you press triangle, you can light up the save icon to
save your option settings
*Screen 1*(i only know the first and last options on this screen for
now)
First Option Is Game Time(how many min.)
Last Option Is Time Of Day

*Screen 2*
Screen 2 i understand a bit better, wich is good cause its the important
one
-Difficulty(Default is Amateur, then Hero[hard perhaps?], and
then World Class)
-Game Speed(How fast players move, Starts on Normal, Gets
increasingly faster)
-Turns Penalty Meter(below) on and off, although it dosnt seem
to eliminate penalties
-Penalty Meter(the lower the slide the less penalties that are
called and vice versa)
-Turns Yellow/Red Cards on and off
-Turns Offsides on and off
-Kanji(dunno)
-Kanji(dunno)

*Screen 3*
Havent fooled with this one much to be honest with you.
-First option i believe changes the in game camera style
-Fifth option i believe turns goal replays on and off.

*Exhibition Mode*
Allright, im just stumbling in the dark here.
Pick your team. If you select the Japanese Team that has U-23
in the bar under it, you can then move that second bar and use
various other teams.(i dunno much about soccer other than it
makes a great video game, so i dont know anything about team
divisions and such)

*In Game Controls*
These are just the basics but if your having trouble i hope this helps.
-Possesion of ball
-Tap Triangle for speed burst
-[] for a long(in the air) pass
-X For a short(ground) pass
-O for a shot on goal
-Playing Defense
-Tap Triangle for speed boost
-[] Slide tackles and charges
-X Gain control of player nearest ball
-O Dunno, either it dosnt do anything or i dont remember =)
-Other
-[] and X while ball is in the air will perform headers and in
air kicks(fancy passing) to team members.
-O Will perform Bicycle kicks or headers aimed toward the
goal(it is best to set this up with a long[in air pass] from
just under the net to a player in front of the net)

Anyway, thats it for now, I just got it and havnt toyed with it as much
as i would have liked to yet. As i said before, contributions,
criticisms, questions, and suggestions are welcomed. My e-mail adress
is at the top of the page. Have fun.
