HAYWARD, WI — March 26, 2026 — The team at Grassroots Indigenous Multimedia (GIM) is proud to announce the launch of their debut adventure title, Reclaim! Azhe-giiwewining today on PC.

Reclaim! Azhe-giiwewining invites players to explore a world where immersion into Ojibwe culture is the essential key to returning home. This game is the culmination of five years of development in partnership with Ojibwe community members and language activists. Its goal: support the ongoing indigenous language revitalization movement and present Ojibwemowin as a vibrant and relevant language in a fun, accessible point-and-click adventure.

Reclaim! Azhe-giiwewining is available on Steam and itch.io for PC and Mac for $14.99. Grassroots Indigenous Multimedia is offering a 15% discount on both storefronts for launch week, allowing players to add Reclaim! Azhe-giiwewining to their libraries for $12.74.

Reclaim! Azhe-giiwewining is exhibiting at PAX East 2026 this week at booth #15111. PAX attendees can drop by for a hands-on demo of Reclaim! Azhe-giiwewining. The GIM crew is happy to say hi and talk about the game, indigenous game development, and language reclamation with attendees.

They will also be participating in a stamp rally with Scalisco, Daylight Basement Studio LLC, Cubicorn Games, and Studio 217. Attendees can visit all five booths and collect stamps to enter a raffle for a special prize pack that includes copies of Reclaim! Azhe-giiwewining.
