Nordic Pitch Puts Developer Spotlight at Nordic Game 2026, Alongside Expanded Networking with GIN

Malmö, Sweden – March 17, 2026 – Nordic Pitch, a fast-paced developer showcase giving studios three minutes to present their games to industry professionals, will once again take a stage at Europe's premier B2B games conference, Nordic Game Spring 2026 (NG26), taking place 26–29 May at Malmö's iconic Slagthuset venue. The event will also see the return of Games Industry Network (GIN), a platform designed to support business networking across the global games industry.

Spotlight Your Game in 3 Minutes

NG26 will feature Nordic Pitch, a dynamic developer showcase where studios will have three minutes to present their games to an audience of publishers, investors, media representatives, and other industry professionals.

Nordic Pitch offers game developers a high-reach platform to showcase their projects to both the audience gathered in the convention hall and viewers around the world watching the live stream. This format is designed to kickstart conversations with publishers, investors, media representatives, players, and other developers who can help advance the projects. Since the sessions are not a competition, it also provides a supportive environment for teams to refine their presentation, build confidence, and receive real-time feedback from the industry, while the live stream on Steam allows them to reach audiences far beyond the presentation room.

How the Format Works

Sessions take place on Tuesday, 26 May and Wednesday, 27 May.
Each developer receives exactly 3 minutes on stage.
Participants can request a preferred 30-minute timeslot during the sign-up process.
The Nordic Games team will confirm the exact slot in advance so teams can plan their conference schedule.
Only NG26 exhibitors are eligible to participate in the sessions.

From a local network to a larger community

Last year, Nordic Game partnered with a new matchmaking and business meeting platform – the Games Industry Network. This year, the platform returns to NG26 with further improvements and expanded functionality. Built by industry business development veterans, the Games Industry Network aims to streamline the fragmented workflows many professionals face when attending conferences and managing industry contacts. GIN combines several core modules, including a persistent B2B social network focused on the games industry, a curated industry database, an event matchmaking system, and private community spaces for industry organisations and groups.
