Dreamlight Cinematics Festival Brings the Magic of the Movies to Heartopia with New Outfits, Furniture, and More
A celebration of cinema begins later this week on Whale Island
Shanghai, China — March 17, 2026 | XD Games is excited to announce the Dreamlight Cinematics Festival, the latest event coming to cosy life simulation game Heartopia.

Dreamlight Cinematics Festival, which begins 21 March 2026 and runs through 1 May 2026, is themed around the glory days of Hollywood, bringing the wonders of classic motion pictures to Heartopia. All players that login during this period will be gifted the Car Cinema furniture set, which consists of chairs that resemble vintage vehicles, poster display stands adorned with recognisable tinseltown staples like cameras and clapperboards, and much more. Players can also obtain free Time-Limited Exhibition Passes if they find enough of the festival-themed collectables that are scattered throughout the world.
Additionally, anyone that purchases the Deluxe Festival Pack will get the large Island Sunset Billboard to place outside their home, the Popcorn Movie Ticket chat bubble skin, and a sales bonus that nets 10% more Festival Tokens when selling items to the store.
Players that acquire any festival pack will accumulate more collection points for each pack purchased, such as the Dreamlight Cinematics Festival-specific Modern Show Dandy and Modern Show Belle outfits, and the Cinematic Moments building material set. That's on top of Heart Diamonds, Exhibition Passes, pet outfits, limited instruments, and other rewards.
