Assetto Corsa Rally: Early Access - Ice Makes Its Debut with the 0.2 Release

Milan, December 18th, 2025 - 505 Games and Supernova Games Studios, in technical partnership with KUNOS Simulazioni, are pleased to announce that Assetto Corsa Rally, the new rally sim within the Assetto Corsa series available in Early Access, receives its first major Early Access update today (v. 0.2).
This update introduces snowy and iced surfaces with the new scenario set in Livigno (Italian Alps), a new and legendary Rally car, overall bug fixes, and performance improvements.
The new scenario features a laser-scanned reproduction of the "Ghiacciodromo Livigno" Ice Circuit, a specialized ice driving circuit/school located on the outskirts of Livigno, a high-altitude resort town in the Italian Alps known for its snowy winters.
This internationally renowned structure, surrounded by snow-covered landscapes, serves as a dedicated venue for ice driving courses, events, and adrenaline experiences on frozen surfaces.
It is a testing ground and benchmark for the automotive industry, utilized by manufacturers like Ferrari, Porsche, and BMW.
For the first time, players can experience the unique challenge of driving on the facility's extremely low grip, glazed ice surface - in its main and reverse layouts - accurately testing vehicle dynamics and car control on these brand-new conditions.
This will add a completely new layer of challenges and fun, requiring mastery of the amazing Assetto Corsa physics engine in unprecedented and dynamic conditions, accurately replicating the extreme environment used by professionals.
Furthermore, a new legendary classic will be added to the list of 10 initial rally cars: the 1973 Alpine A110. The Alpine A110 stands as one of the most iconic rally cars of its era, celebrated for its lightweight fiberglass body, rear-engine layout, and remarkable agility which made it excel on tight, technical stages. Its legend was cemented in 1973 when this iconic car won the inaugural World Rally Championship for manufacturers, dominating events across Europe.
