London, UK (27/11/2025) - Ten Image Publishing and OnTheHouse Studios today released Huntsman, a nightmarish tale of unchecked genetic experimentation and unstoppable giant spiders. The game is available now on Steam for $12.99 / £10.99 / €12.79 with a 10% discount, here.
World-leading bioengineering company, Atherton Labs, has spent years secretly experimenting with spider DNA, using unregulated gene editing technology to create giant spiders for pharmaceutical, military and industrial exploitation. But hubris (and shareholder expectations) has led to the inevitable; a mass escape.
As the new security guard, players arrive at the desolate research facility for their first shift and find themselves drawn into a web of intrigue, puzzles and deadly predators. Huntsman, orb weaver, trapdoor and tarantula, each species has its own set of behaviours and hunting styles inspired by real life counterparts.
- Descend into the Web - Explore a facility overrun by invasive predators. Divert limited power between sections of the building to access new areas, gather vital resources, and outmaneuver the swarm.
- Improvise or Die - Use your flashlight, throwables, and the environment itself to distract, mislead, and evade the deadliest creatures you've ever faced. Just remember: one wrong move, and you're prey.
- Fear Has Eight Legs - Experience arachnophobia like never before! Each spider moves, hunts, and reacts with terrifying realism triggering primal instincts your mind won't be able to ignore.
