The badass Montreal-based indie developer, iLLOGIKA, mostly well-known for their work on Cuphead, Lara Craft Go and Hitman Go just announced that their upcoming puzzle adventure game, Subaeria, need a little more polish, and is getting pushed from April 24th to May 9th on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
Subaeria combines platforming and puzzle gameplay mechanics with roguelike elements, with a single player campaign made up of procedurally generated levels that gradually ramp up the difficulty of the puzzles, tossing new power-ups, character skills and strategies your way. You'll take control of Styx, a young girl who’s out for revenge after her family is murdered by the overlord of Subaeria, who sounds like a total dick. As you progresses towards your ultimate revenge, you'll explore the underwater city of Subaeria, pitting your enemies against one another (and the environment) to defeat them, using different equippable drone skills to influence your enemies and take down the various puzzle rooms in your path.
Subaeria will release for Pc, PS4 and Xbox One on May 9th.
