The latest SMITE patch update welcomes the Goddess of Revenge, Nemesis, to the fray.
Nemesis is a physical melee warrior that deals out vengeance through her mastery of the sword and unique abilities.
Her passive ability, Scales of Fate, can tip the balance of a fight as the more successful attacks Nemesis lands, the more her damage increases and the opponent’s decreases. With her Slice and Dice ability Nemesis can deal damage to multiple enemies in a cone, with enemies in the centre dealt double damage and slowed.
Nemesis’ ultimate ability singles out an enemy god for Divine Judgement. Nemesis chooses a single enemy god, reducing their health and movement speed, plus stealing a portion of their protections for a time period. Her movement speed is also increased during this time.
Also in this patch is a No Mercy skin for Athena and a special Red Star skin for Athena. Anyone who purchases the Red Star skin before Monday, 24 February at 12pm GMT will receive an exclusive Winter Olympian Athena skin for free. After this date the Winter Olympian skin will no longer be available.
